Schedule a Freshman Seminar

Freshman Seminar

Also known as USTU101, this seminar is offered in a 2-part series. These sessions incorporate a team-based assignment that challenge first-ye ar students to learn about the types of resources and services available in an academic library. Schedule a Freshman Seminar.

English 121 or 122

Library instruction is a mandatory component of both freshman level English courses. Students learn about appropriate methods for doi ng research using library and electronic resources. Schedule an English 121/122 class.

Customized Class

Any course with a research assignment is a perfect candidate for a library instruction session. Librarians can tailor a session to in clude particular discipline-specific databases and journals as well as advanced techniques. Schedule a Custom Class.

Face-to-Face Consultation
