Emma Bell Miles Artwork
In addition to being a talented writer and poet, Emma Bell Miles was a gifted visual artist. She sold her artwork, full-sized paintings as well as small hand painted post cards, to make ends meet for her family. Today her many full-sized paintings are spread across the United States, their owners in possession of an authentic visual depiction of Appalachia and life on Walden's Ridge.
