Emma Bell Miles: An online collection of Emma Bell Miles' art, poetry, and journal selections. Emma Bell Miles (1879-1919) lived on Signal Mountain in the early 1900s and left behind a rich legacy of writings and art work. Southern Literature Resources in the Special Collections: The Special Collections hold several different collections of Southern Literature, from books written by the Fellowship of Southern Writers, to letters from the Agrarian writers of the early 1900s, and a collection of material by and about Southern novelist Caroline Gordon. The John T. Wilder Papers: The Civil War letters and documents of Union General and Chattanooga citizen and industrialist, John T. Wilder. Original Patten Chapel Blueprints: Recently discovered, the 1915 blueprints from this campus landmark. Prints have been inverted from original blue color for clarity.
